Hiya,

This doesn't look too bad overall. My alumacraft sat this way when I had my kicker on it as well. I would agree with RLSea that if you can move your trolling motor battery forward to the front with a little rewiring (given it is possible to do so) this would help as well.

Once you put someone up front for fishing it shouldn't be as pronounced, and, with the extra weight on the transom from the kicker, you should be able to trim up using less trim from the motor overall with quicker results at the bow. Makes for a more efficient rig.
