I guess what I meant is seeing a double bottom line shouldn't really be a problem. It's telling you that you're over a firm bottom. If you are seeing this consistently, is your sensitivity possibly turned up too high?


My sensitivity is set as low as it will go and I constantly have double bottom reading, whether I'm over firm bottom or mud


Same here. I also don't want to turn the sensitivity down all the way.
