Location: MN		From your description, I think I know what you are talking about. It is located under the motor head. Sounds like it fell out of the motor, inside the box during shipping. They pop right back in. Nothing would have happened to the motor had you used it, the motor would have been just fine. Not sure where you got that information. The part helps hold the cords in place where they enter the motor head.
