Buy new. Put together a spec sheet of what you want on the boat. Call at least 4 dealers in your area and then email them the spec sheet. Be up front and let them know that you have shopped the same build sheet to the other dealers. The end result will be a heavily discounted new boat, new motor, new trolling motor, and new electronics set up the way you want it to be with exactly what you want on it. I did this 2 seasons ago on an Alumicraft Trophy 190LE. On dealer beat the next closest quote by more than $7000.
