Location: Elk River, Minnesota		If it's a 13.5 x 18, and it has vent holes that are about 3/8", I'll bet it is a raker propeller... good prop for lift and top end, not so much for skiing. A good 4 blade in a 15 pitch would do very well as Steve mentioned...
