Background: We have a 858 si on the console and a 858 sonar/GPS on the front. We want to upgrade to a helix 10 si on the console.

The helix 10 si at cabellas in under 1k. Is that good or get a chirp or a gen 2? So many choices. Also do we need to send the transducer in to upgrade or does the 10 come with the hd transducer?

Also will the new helix share waypoints with the 858 c on the bow?
