Location: minocqua, wi.		i agree with that statement too, but ... if you don't want to spend, or can't spend up to AGM's what value to you place on battery maintenance vs. batteries themselves? of course they are both important but i'd suggest that the battery manager/charger is the critical component of getting the most out of battery life regardless of what is chosen. since i went to the MK460PC i got 4.5 years out of a set of Northern wet-cells. that's a pretty good value.
