FishySam that pretty much descrbes the shootout first day every year!! LOL. It was blowing out of the south the first year 35 plus i kid you not....I fished the north end of the lake all day!! Took me a solid 45 minutes in a 621 to get to my spot (12 miles away at the time)It is feasible (albeit dangerous and not very comfortable)in the right boat folks! Can't imagine how bad LSC or the Bay can get in that kind of blow.
