Location: Sw Pennsylvania		I too agree to stick with a tiller in that size range your looking for. I'd consider sticking to a 20hp to be able to fish most of the lakes in PA. Consider a few still have 9.9hp resrictions also. 16' would be ideal, a lot of the local boat dealers have these boats on stock, I would consider looking into an Alumacraft also.
