When i bought my 99 620VS i called Ranger and they build you a new deck extension from scratch....takes about 4-6 weeks. Costs about $350. They did not have hunter green carpet in anymore so they sent it without carpet and i had to put it on myself. Not a perfect match but i don't really care. They also send you the hardware for the seat base but i did not use theirs. I bought my own plate and installed it offset from the middle to make it more usable when casting and doing 8's.

Also i just bought livewell plugs myself. Bass Pro Shops has them if your local store does not. I believe they are 3/4" but yours might be different.
