Location: Eastern Ontario		I was looking at the manual for my soninlaws 70 lb Powerdrive it also states a 24v will draw .75 amp for each pound of thrust it is generating so .75x80 =60 at full thrust and I'm guessing the Ipilot and steering could have an additional draw. Can't say I have often run mine on full for any period of time. Is this the same unit you had the water issue with.
