Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin | Not normal, your prop is a suspect first, don't know enough about Suzi props or mating Merc wheels with that motor, but stainless is a good idea. What is your engine height? How many batteries in the front?
If you wish, you can wedge the motor with a 5 degree motor wedge set really inexpensively and do nothing else at all. Not a bad idea to re-seal the motor bolts on that bad boy anyhow.
