Location: Minnesota		I would say location is the key. I keep my boat at home in the garage in summer stor it in winter I've played 150 to 250 for 5 mouth term . What seemed high in one place is cheap in others. It's all bought location. Make some phone calls for the area you want to store your boat and go from there.
