Well im stuck, have looked at new and used... have a hard time buying a used boat thats 10 years old for 15k and 400 or more hrs on it... and they all seem to be heavily used.

400 hours is barely broken in.
When I sold my last boat it had at least 1500 hrs on the 90 Suzuki, ran like new.
Yamaha's website lists several 150s with over 6000 hrs.
