Have fished many hours out of my brothers 1775 impact and really like the boat. A couple of issues stated above really sum up the drawbacks. When windy the boat feels like it has a sail. High sides and really light don't mix well with the wind. After 4 years the boat decks have warped and moved considerably creating difficulty opening some compartments and gaps in others. Please do yourself a favor and request fold down boat cleats. The cleat placement is prime for broken muskie rods. My brothers boat has claimed 3 and both of us are very conscious of it. I am still amazed though how well the boat handles and rides in big water for a light aluminum rig. Never worried about 3-4 footers.
