All trailer tires have different speed ratings. Most are rated for well over 55 mph, and for that matter well over any speed anyone should be trailering at. There are pros and cons to getting radials. Buy the tire that suits the type of use you anticipate. Radials tend to run cooler and have longer tread life. Bias tend to roll straighter and hold up better to sitting for long periods. Keep in mind most people will need to change tires prior to the tread wearing out.
