Location: Minnesota.		Not positive it will work on dock marks but "Ducky" is good on removing water stains on rigs before you polish/wax. Might give it a try as it's slightly caustic (think vinegar/water dilute) and doubt it'll hurt you decals.

Come to think of it, you might even try some white vinegar/water solution and save the purchase....cheap! If it doesn't help try the Ducky.
