PSAGuy, I agree that area of LOW is not mapped real well as in 1 ft contours, but Navionics Platinum has the basic map with the majority of the hazards (didn't want to say all because I am sure there are some unmapped) on it. The area we fish on LOW is not mapped by Lakemaster and the chip is completely useless as in there are NO contour lines period. The Navionics on the other hand at least has some mapping while it may not be 1 foot contours it is certainly a trip saver.
The Lowrance Insight Pro chip has 1 foot contours within a half mile of the island we camp on. After that its nothing. Glad I have all these chips because there is usually one that works on any given body of water.
The make your own map feature is something I will be using this summer when we are up there. To actually pay someone to map these areas has got to be super expensive. These companies all have a good base of lakes to start with and allowing the consumers to expand it is less expensive for them in the long run.
