Nice fish in your pic. We made ours from PVC and my buddy wrapped that in boat carpet and it turned out nice. The carpet actually allows us to hang a few lures on the outside and they dont flop around in the wind when moving. Its not PETG but has worked well for us. I know Visipak carries the thin tubing like you are looking for because I did a little bit of research on them previously.
