I have a 2010 Alumacraft Navigator, and I love it! I was actually really disappointed they discontinued the model, and roled it into the Competitor and Dominator. The boats are rock solid, I just think they took away a little of the casting deck and the big livewell. The older boats have a 45" (which is more like 50") livewell. I wanted the bigger well, just incase. I've never had to use it to revive a fish, but it makes me more comfortable. Your best bet, is to go and look at them. Sometimes a picture doesn't do it justice. You have to get what you want for what your specific needs are. If I ever have to get a different boat, I will DEFINITELY look to get another Alumacraft.
