Location: WI		A friend is a dedicated river rat & he advised to stay away from aluminum for 1 simple reason. Noise. From moving your feet, scraping a gravel bar, sliding a paddle across the floor. Aluminum is much noisier then 'glass. He has a Golden Hawk & loves it. If you're gonna do it, do it right.
