You'd have to go to their archive catalogs and check the specs on each boat to know for sure. But the Reata and Angler hulls seem pretty similar from what I've seen, other than slight differences in the interior configurations.

In terms of big water applicability, that will depend more on you than the hull. I've seen a whole bunch of Angler and Reata hulls on Green Bay--so I wouldn't be afraid of either hull out there. I would prefer the 20' length, if only to get more room for trolling, and to bridge the wave crests a bit better, but had absolutely no problem with a Tyee 1850 out there.
