- Remove that console, sell the motor, and put on a 70hp tiller. you will have way more casting room.
- Maybe build yourself a casting deck on the front, being elevated is always one of my biggest preferences.
- Automatic Bilge pump would be really spiffy.
- Get a front mounted trolling motor to go with that new casting deck, and add a depth finder up there with GPS plotting options, and one of your Depth Finders should have side imaging or multi beam technology for really keying onto structure.
- A rod locker on one side of the boat could be a really nice feature.
- Rod holders for trolling (if you are a trolling guy)
- Consider replacing carpeting with something that doesn't catch hooks.
- An aerator and you have the largest sucker tank on the lake.
- A bail bucket or five.
