I have also added an automatic float switch on my bilge pump as mine did not come with one either. Definitely is very nice to have when those really heavy rains that last a while blow in.
The other things, I bet will be fine..once out, dried out, I don't think there should be too much for issue as the boat is built for wet environments... Best thing I can think of would be to check any fuse holders that were submerged, possible replace those fuses, and really work to get those areas dry..
