Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin		They are building the frames to Tuffy's specs. Of course, the fenders, wheels, ratchet tie downs, etc are installed at the Tuffy finishing facility, and the new Tuff trail provides an exact custom fit, rock proof coatings, and looks and performs great.
