Definitely not against something like this, but it would be nice to do this at a time you have to relic ensue your boat. It is every 3 years, so put the fee with the license and complete the process there. Then both the boat and trailer are done at the same time..

Education is the key... Then putting it into practice becomes second nature... Just like pulling your plug on the boat when you leave.
