I have a boat on a lift at a lake that is pretty dark with tannins. Over the course of the last couple of years the bottom portion of the hull has picked up a brown stain from the water. It is an aluminum boat with a painted hull.

Any suggestions on what to use to remove this? Also, any product that I could use while the boat is on the lift that would not be harmful to the lake?
