The walkthrough might be your friend (or your passenger's) on those big wind days. I fish solo from a 1995 Lund Adventure Series Pro Sport 1700 and I often think it's more boat than I need. But I stick with it because on those long runs home from trolling Lake Michigan, that walkthru design keeps us dry and on plane. Since you're talking all LOTW, and you may have some long runs, you may want to consider that 1775 Adventure. I cast from the back deck when alone and can look at both my dash and my bow graphs from there.
