If you want to go all out look at the Magma Kettle Grills and the pedestal or rod holder mounts. When choosing a mount its prudent to consider where you want grease and other junk to fall...

Install a bunch of these and owners are very pleased. Have also seen a bunch of DIY setups with less than desirable outcomes.
