Location: Rochester, New York		This was the closest to a pike fishing forum I could find and was wondering if anyone knew where I can get good quality steel leaders (silver color) in bulk

Location: oswego, il		Have you considered making your own? The only place I've seen silver wire leaders is bass pro, Cabela's, farm and fleet and Walmart.

Location: PA Angler		They say black or darker colors is better. The silver can get them to sometimes strike the leader and not your lure but I never really tested it. As for a leader like I just suggested in the Muskie leader thread. AFW can make your own.

So I only have to buy once, and with my one rod if im in a snaggy spot i dont have to worry about using up all my leaders

Was wondering about if the shine would attract them then they would hit the lure.

I use the brown AWF. I did have some stuff once that was the color of a bike spoke.
