| Screw eyes or thru wire in 10" or larger baits? The info I searched was 10 years old and maybe new thoughts on this subject. Plus some of the materials have changed.

| id say thru wire ultimately...but man ive caught enough fish on screw eyes id never be afraid to use. i make all test baits with screw eyes until i get the hook placement and the bait to work the way i want then build final product thru wire if possible. always keeping in mind a plan to make it thru wire if that makes sense |
