Location: Illinois | Heading to Minocqua for the day next Saturday to go to the Musky Shop and fish. What are some good lakes, preferably numbers lakes or a lake with a decent shot at a fish?

| Wildcat near Boulder Junction is a good numbers lake. About a 35 min drive |

Location: Almond, WI | Both of those are good options (though I haven't fished either in a couple years).
Just ask when you go to the Musky Shop. They generally know what's up. |
