Anyone have an idea on the maker and name of this old bait. Looks like an old heddon bait but not sure. Thanks guys

Looks like the same maker as the hellbender....think it's called a Bomber. Same design / shape as the old bomber, without the arm / blades.

Just went down to basement and looked at old lures Hellbender lip is round and Bomber has one deeper indentation on lip giving 2 lobes rather than the 2 shallow ones giving 3 lobes on that lure.
Make me one 9 inches long and I'll use it.

Definitely looks like a Bomber, though I've never seen on with that blade set up.

Thanks all for the reponses. Still haven't found the exact name or maker yet. Rogers craw shares the most features of it so could just be a small batch that was made but eyes are different etc. Thanks for that Silvia. Thanks for all the info and insight everyone!
