Does any one use the Gobee Golight for trolling/ nighttime navigation? How does it work for you? Are there any better options? I've been using a handheld spot light for years but looking for something mountable. Thanks!

Check out Go Light Radio Ray. Many different options with them .The best I've seen.

We wire LED spearing lights to the front of the boat. Beacons.

I have one. Worked great the first three times I used it. The white light is bright and it's cool how you can swivel left and right and up and down with a remote. But, then the spotlight stopped working. I called the manufacturer and they said they never break, it had to be a short in my wiring and they would not replace it.

So now I have a gigantic thing that takes up too much space in one of my compartments just for the green and red on the gobee.
