| Hey there, have a question about the landing on Pioneer in Conover. Coming up this weekend and might possibly hit this lake to get away from the crowds on the big lakes and let my niece fish for whatever she wants.
I’ve heard the landing is a tricky one. The dilemma I’m having is I want to get on some of the big lakes also. I have a 21’ fiberglass deep v boat and a 16’ Jon boat. Just trying to decide which boat to bring thanks! |

Location: oswego, il | Not used it but google maps shows it, could be a shallow launch, it probably is based on nearby vegetation. There is a dock. When i go up north, i always take my small boat, it opens up all my options. |

| Its definitely a shallow landing. Water levels are up over past years, but there's still probably not enough water to float a boat on/off the trailer. If you don't have rollers, you're screwed. I've struggled with 14' aluminum deep Vs here. |
