Anyone ride in both of these boats. I’m curious to opinions on how they compare. I currently have a 681c, I love it but for personal reasons I may want to switch to a 617.

Please understand a 617 is the hull I have narrowed my selection to for how I fish and what water I fish in.

Thank you
Outkast

617 can handle bigger water. Wider beam. Spend alot of time on green bay and it can handle the out of nowhere winds 4ft chop type stuff and make it back to the launch lol. It aint no 620 but its a great hull. Drafts in some pretty shallow water. Single axle trailer easy to move around. Wish it had side compartment like 681/618 type layout but thats about it. But its easy to strap rods along that side. Single console lots of room to move around.
