| Went yesterday. Fished 7:30 to 3:00 with two measly follows. Lake is flooded, 10+ ft above summer pool. Hard to decide wether to fish flooded trees or over top weeds which were not even visible in most cases.
Had done well the prior two trips, when the lake was not as high. Surprisingly, the water was very clear most everywhere, and about 76F.
Can’t decide wether to try it again or wait till water level is “normal”, if there is such a thing anymore. Now is prime time! |

Location: E. Tenn | It's amazing how much precipitation we've had down South the last year.. Currently Cave Run is 11' above winter pool, and 6' above summer pool..
Melton Hill has had a crazy amount of water flowing through it as well... Norris Lake (above Melton Hill) never made it to down to winter pool this year, and the flows are roughly 6x normal.. |

Location: Duluth | Yea my brother down in Tennessee has had a tough time getting on the Cumberland tailwaters. They have been releasing water for 2 months.
Hated dealing with that when I lived down there, prime time just gets flooded out until its too hot to fish em |
