Does any know any "Shield Type" Lakes around Minoqua? I heard Big lake gives that feel.

Gile Flowage. (Well...I guess that’s a stretch to say around Minocqua, but doable)

I would not agree with Big fitting that description.

Gile has the look for sure. Some spots on the turtle flambeau can look like it too.

Look like....maybe, but the southern most shield lake I’ve read is Vermillion.
