Location: Oregon | Looks like a J-Plug to me, popular salmon trolling lure in some parts. Google J-plugs. I think they are still popular in some Canadian waters, maybe still used in parts of the USA? I don't see them used much on the west coast. |

| It is an Alaskan Plug. Early ones were made by the the Alaska Tackle Company, Seattle , Washington. I believe Luhr Jensen may have made them more recently. John |
