Location: Glen Ellyn Il | I am having problems resizing pictures to less than 100KB with windows 8.2
My new desktop with Windows 8.2 does not have Microsoft Office Picture Manager and the programs that I have will not resize to 100KB or smaller. What program are you guys using to resize pic with Windows 8.2
I am using an old laptop to down load pic for now, but I would like to use my new desktop

| I use Fast Stone photo resizer. it was a free download without garbage software associated within the download and it works great! |
