Location: Northwest Chicago Burbs		Called Mark a few weeks ago in a panic: about to go to Canada, need cleaning and fixing on Shimanos and a few older Morrums. 2 weeks, back and better than new!

I second that. Brought my reel into his shop--- he told me that my reel was in fine shape but the spool broke on the shaft. Told me to contact AG for warranty. Saved me a lot of time and money. He's also done three other reels for me. Top notch work. Highly recommended!
