Kyle is correct. It is a Bucher Grubby Joe... have an orange one just like it. Didn't see it on the JBO website, so it's not made any more. The one I have has "Grubby Joe" molded into the base of the tail (on both sides), just behind the body.

I did a little snooping, and found it was outsourced to Joe Bucher from Reaction Strike. It is still produced and is known as the Salty Joe.
