Minnetonka Area Guides

I'm going to be in Minnetonka, MN on business for a few days in early June.

Can anyone recommend a muskie guide for a 1/2 day on a lake not too far out of the way? I'd need to borrow gear/tackle as I can't see myself dragging it all on a plane..

Thanks!

Don't know how early you're talking, but MN muskie season doen't open until June 7th.

Arrgghhh. You've got to be kidding me...

I'll be there the 4th and 5th. Rats!

I have no intention of keeping any fish - but I assume that you can't fish for them at all, right?

Thanks anyway guys.

Correct!

The bass will probably be pretty hot right then though. That time of the year you've got a real chance of a 6+. Depends if they're still on their beds. Drop me a line when you get in and I'll let you know what's happening.
