I recently found out about an app that my professor at UW-Oshkosh designed to log your fishing catches. The app allows for customization for having preset lure combos, style of fishing, color choices etc. so once you catch a fish you just click on the combo you were using and click fish caught. The cool thing is that once you click fish caught, the app takes your current location, weather conditions, moon phase, and time and stores it in a database. You are able to search for previous fishing info. ex. if you wanted to know all the fish you caught on a phantom jerkbait it will be stored or if you want to know all the fish you caught at a specific location or time of day it has it easy accesible. The best part I believe for musky fishing is the abillity to customize any combo you are currently using to exactly store your current information.

The app is called goFishing in the android or iGoFishing in the apple store.
This is the website for his company

There is a lite version with limited features you can try to see if you want to purchase the full version for around 2 to 3 dollars..

He also has created other apps with the same concept like GoHunting etc.

If you are looking for a data logging app to keep track of all your fishing information check it out!!!
