Recently fished a lake that stated there was no northern pike , caught this guy... Hybrid or pike? Thankx

No question its a pike, somehow it got there without the state knowing about it.

Maybe I should ask a hybrid of what? Its not a muskie hybrid.

I "think" you have now seen and dried dock railed/ man handled/selfied with a Northern Pike! Just to be sure, can you described the texture and taste of the flesh cooked in a light vegetable oil with minimal additives such as breading/spice/Herb B's/and tartar sauce, which by the way make all fish taste like tartar sauce?
