I think that you should send all those bucktails that "roll" to me.
Some of my very best fish catchers have rolled over and over a few times on each retrieve. You don't want them to spin fast, but a little roll doesn't matter to me. If you don't let it bother you it does not seem to bother the fish. Matter of fact I can remember one tourney when the fish followed my bucktail 3 times to the boat. Then bit on my partners bait when he cast to it. His bait rolled over something awful. Way worse, than even I, would have thrown, go figure. Some folks do not want any roll from their bucktails at all. I just don't seem to mind.

The roll adds more vibration. I personally don't know of any spinner that does not roll with the only exception being a wisher weedless and it's becasue it has a special keel weighted hook. If it has a grub on it, it's going to roll more than one without. It's not a bad thing as M1 pointed out.
