The power tilt on my Yamaha Pro 50 is way back on the motor and there's no switch on the tiller. I've been thinking about going to a foot control trim switch. Any thoughts or recommendations? Thanks.

I have run them they work great. I would put a inline switch to turn it off while trailering. I had a little prob with a cooler one time

I have never used a foot switch, sounds kinda nice, but don't know if I would want something else on the floor??? But I like the sound of hands free. Otherwise why not just mount a remote switch in a spot near your seat.

Have had them on my last 2 boats. Love them, pretty much use it exclusively! Very nice while running just to give it a tap.

I've got one on my rig. Never been a big fan of them. My next boat will have the switch on the tiller handle.
