Does it apply here? I lost this frabill big game net 3 years ago on lake x. Hey if a gar can have a lake x so can a landing net! last weekend a fisherman snagged it. It just so happens this guy witnessed me losing the net and remembered the incident. He called me over when he seen me and returned it. Three years in the water, the bag is fine, the foam is gone off the handle but that is really it. I gave him 20 bucks as a thank you. How cool is that!

That is pretty cool and lucky. Awesome net if that's what it looks like after 3 years in the water.

Just by reading the thread title I thought you were talking about an ex-wife.

Cool deal getting your net back.

Almost like a lucky rabbits foot. Put it on a gold chain and wear it. Like that goofy rapper with the clock.

Very cool, and nice of you to show your appreciation to the fellow who recovered the net.

That doesn't happen to often, but what a great find.
