I am making a lexan bump board.
Should I glue it together (plastic weld using the chemical solvent)?
Should I heat it and bend it??
Anyone have any ideas which will work better?
Thanks

Haven't hinged it yet.
I forged ahead by scoring and snapping it.
Looks like a first grader made it. Lol.
It is light and functional though.
Heated and bent it.
