I was running across the lake today in some pretty good waves when the power killed to my big motor. After messing around for a bit, I remembered I had the back up key switch and got the motor fired again.

The question I have is where should I be looking for my problem? The key pad still lights up and all other functions besides starting work. Is the pad shot or should I be looking for a bad fuse or bad connection? Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Location: Thief River Falls MN		Not sure if this will help, but... Check and see if any of the keypad lights are staying on. If so hold that button down until it goes off. On the newer pads at least, these buttons are circuit breakers and can be reset by holding down.
